2. What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email, delivery address and payment details (processed by our payment provider, never stored by us). When you browse, we collect basic technical data such as pages visited and device type to keep the site working well.
3. How we use your data
To fulfil orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and, only if you opted in, send our newsletter. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
4. Legal basis
We process order data to perform our contract with you, technical data under legitimate interest in running a secure service, and marketing only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
5. Retention
Order records are kept as long as tax law requires (typically six years in the UK). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are kept briefly.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the ICO. Email us and we will act within one month.
7. Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage needed for the shop to function, such as remembering your cart. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
