Are your products genuine?
Yes, always. Everything we sell is sourced from vetted, authorised European distributors with full documentation of the supply chain. We never buy grey-market or unverified stock.
How fast is delivery?
Orders are dispatched from UK stock, usually within one working day. Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 working days. Free shipping applies to orders over £30.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened cosmetics or personal care items unless they are faulty.
Why are your prices lower than the high street?
We buy in wholesale volume directly from distributors and run lean. The saving is real and the products are identical to what you find in store.
Do you offer wholesale or trade pricing?
Yes. We supply retailers and marketplace sellers at trade prices. Use the contact form and mention your business, and we will set you up.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major debit and credit cards. Additional payment options are coming as the store grows.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently we ship within the UK. Customers in Germany can find our full range on Amazon.de while we work on direct EU shipping.
